Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with MACRO Nail Atelier, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Appointment Confirmation • Appointments are confirmed only after all required booking information has been received. • Nail art appointments require inspiration photos before confirmation. Punctuality • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or booking restrictions. No-Shows • Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or result in refusal of future appointments. Nail Art Consultation • Please submit inspiration photos before your appointment. • Final pricing depends on design complexity. • While we strive to recreate reference designs, every set is handcrafted and may vary slightly to complement your natural nail shape and our artistic standards. Foreign Work • Existing work from another salon may require removal or corrective work before your service begins. • Additional charges and appointment time may apply. Nail Health • We reserve the right to modify or decline a service if your nails show signs of damage, infection, or conditions that may compromise your safety or the quality of the service. Service Satisfaction • We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you experience any issues related to workmanship, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. Adjustments are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Guests • To maintain a relaxing studio environment, we kindly ask that only booked clients attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made. Photography • We may photograph completed services for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please let us know before your appointment if you prefer not to have your nails photographed. Respectful Environment • MACRO Nail Atelier is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful experience.
