Booking & Confirmation Details
Macro Nail Atelier is a cozy, private studio where I center all my attention on you. I work by reservation only through our booking link or chat. Since I can only see a few people each day, please wait for a formal confirmation to make sure your time is set. To keep your special slot, a deposit is required. While these deposits stay with the studio, I am happy to move yours to a new date once if you let me know 48 hours in advance. If changes happen later than that, I will unfortunately have to keep the deposit to cover the reserved time.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
I want to give you every minute of beauty you deserve. I offer a 15-minute grace period to help with your travel. If you are later than that, we may need to simplify your service or reschedule so the next guest isn't kept waiting. After 20 minutes, I have to mark the session as a no-show. This means the deposit is missed, and future bookings may be limited.
Health, Safety & Studio Respect
I care about your comfort and health above all. Please arrive with clean hands and feet, and let me know about any allergies or skin conditions early on. To keep you safe, I cannot work on areas with infections or open wounds. My studio is a quiet sanctuary for relaxation, so please come alone without extra guests or little ones. For home visits in Metro Manila, thank you for providing a clean, quiet, and smoke-free area. Keeping pets in another room helps me focus on your art. Please remember that travel fees, parking, and building access are managed by you. Payments are settled in PHP at the end of our time together.
